The Challenge: Develop a new web site that presented the company's new direction into franchising. The Solution: Redeveloped the site with the new brand image. Integrated siteMpower to allow franchisees to manage their own areas of the site. Developed custom tools to allow Stricklands to interact with their customers on an almost daily basis. The Result: Empowered franchisees to update their location-specific pages, while maintaining Strickland's brand across the entire site. Also built a database of over 4,500 customers through their Flavor of the Day email list.
